Role Summary We are seeking an experienced and multifaceted Civil Engineer who will play a critical role in both the design phase and on-site execution. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between structural engineering and site management, ensuring that designs are not only analytically sound but also executed flawlessly on the ground. Key Responsibilities Site Supervision & Execution: Oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensuring all work is executed according to approved plans, timelines, and safety regulations. Structural Analysis & Design: Conduct comprehensive structural analyses and ensure the integrity, safety, and efficiency of building frameworks. Drafting & Detailing: Prepare, review, and modify detailed structural drawings and blueprints using industry-standard software (AutoCAD, etc.). BOQ Preparation: Accurately estimate materials, labor, and equipment costs to prepare comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and assist in project budgeting. Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure materials and workmanship meet project specifications and quality standards. Coordination: Collaborate effectively with architects, subcontractors, and project managers to resolve any technical issues or design discrepancies that arise during construction. Reporting: Maintain accurate site logs, progress reports, and documentation for internal review and client updates. Qualifications & Requirements Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Experience: 3 years of proven experience in construction, site supervision, and structural design. Technical Skills: Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, ETABS, and MS Office Suite ( Knowledge of Revit is Plus Point) Knowledge: Deep understanding of construction materials, building codes, safety regulations, and project management principles. Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills. Ability to lead a team on-site and work effectively under pressure.
