Civil Engineer

**Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare, review, and approve construction drawings, structural designs, and BOQ. * Supervise all civil works on-site, ensuring quality execution as per project specifications. * Coordinate with consultants, architects, subcontractors, and project managers. * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports. * Inspect and certify site work, materials, and workmanship. * Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality & Trakhees construction regulations. * Manage technical issues, NCRs, RFIs, and project documentation. * Monitor project cost, timeline, materials, and labor requirements. * Conduct quantity take-offs and verify subcontractor invoices. * Attend site meetings and communicate project status to management. * Ensure strict compliance with HSE rules and company safety policies. * Provide engineering solutions to site problems and design conflicts. **Qualifications & Skills:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory). * Minimum 2–5 years construction experience in the UAE (preferably Dubai projects). * Knowledge of UAE building codes and approval procedures. * Experience in building/warehouse/villa/commercial construction. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and MS Office. * Strong leadership & communication skills. * Valid UAE driving license (advantage). * Dubai Municipality Engineer Registration is an advantage. * 28 to 35 years old.
