Civil Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced **Civil Engineer** with a minimum of **5 years of hands-on experience** in planning, designing, and overseeing construction mainly in villa projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, project management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and manage end-to-end construction activities of villa projects. * Review and interpret architectural and structural drawings. * Monitor site progress, labor deployment, material usage, and safety compliance. * Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers. * Ensure quality control and adherence to approved design specifications and standards. * Prepare project schedules, progress reports, and cost estimates. * Resolve site issues promptly and efficiently. * Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and permit conditions. * Manage site inspections and handover processes. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. * **Minimum 5 years of relevant civil engineering experience.** * Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, STAAD Pro, or similar engineering software. * Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations. * Proven experience managing multiple projects and teams. * Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
