**Job Opportunity: Civil Site Engineer** **Location:** Dubai, UAE **Position:** Civil Site Engineer **Employment Type:** Full-Time **Role Overview** We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented **Civil Site Engineer** to oversee on-site operations and ensure projects are executed according to technical specifications and safety standards. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with strong leadership skills and the ability to manage diverse site activities efficiently. **Key Responsibilities** * **Site Supervision:** Manage day-to-day activities on-site, ensuring work progresses according to the structural drawings and project schedule. * **Quality Control:** Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with engineering standards and local regulations. * **Technical Coordination:** Act as the primary point of contact between the design team, subcontractors, and laborers to resolve technical bottlenecks. * **Safety Management:** Enforce strict health and safety protocols to maintain a zero-accident environment. * **Reporting:** Prepare daily and weekly progress reports, including material logs and workforce attendance. * **Resource Management:** Monitor the efficient use of machinery, transport vehicles, and construction materials to minimize waste. **Required Qualifications** * **Education:** Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. * **Experience:** [Insert Number, e.g., 2–5] years of experience in site supervision or construction management. * **Licensing:** **Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.** * **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in AutoCAD and project management software. * **Communication:** Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
