Civil Engineer (Abu Dhabi DMT Registered)

Qualifications & Requirements * Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university. * **Valid Abu Dhabi DMT (Department of Municipalities and Transport) Registration is mandatory.** * Minimum **5 years of UAE experience** in villa and/or building construction projects. * Proven experience in site supervision, project execution, and construction management. * Strong knowledge of UAE construction practices, building regulations, quality standards, and HSE requirements. * Ability to manage site activities in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules. * Excellent problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills. * Experience in coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant engineering software. * Ability to prepare technical reports, monitor project progress, and ensure timely project delivery. Key Responsibilities * Supervise and manage day-to-day site operations to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. * Monitor construction progress and ensure project activities are completed as per schedule. * Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution. * Conduct site inspections and resolve technical and construction-related issues. * Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. * Review engineering drawings, specifications, and method statements prior to execution. * Prepare and maintain progress reports, inspection records, and project documentation. * Support authority inspections and approval processes as required. * Ensure projects are delivered within approved timelines and quality requirements. Preferred Profile * Experience in residential villa and building construction projects within the UAE. * Familiarity with Abu Dhabi Municipality/DMT regulations, procedures, and approval requirements. * Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills. **Note:** Candidates without a valid Abu Dhabi DMT Registration will not be considered.
