Civil Engineer (Arabic Speaker)

We are currently looking for an experienced **Civil Engineer** to join our team in Dubai, UAE. **Requirements:** * Minimum 7 years of proven experience in civil engineering. * Must be classified/approved by Dubai Municipality. * Strong experience in construction of residential or commercial buildings exceeding 4 floors within Dubai Emirate. * Excellent knowledge of Dubai Municipality regulations, construction standards, and authority approvals. * Ability to manage site activities, supervise contractors, and ensure project completion within timelines. * Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. * Valid UAE experience in building construction projects. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and engineering/project management software. * Ability to prepare technical reports, project documentation, and site progress reports.
