Civil Engineer (DM Approved – G+1 Projects)

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer with Dubai Municipality (DM) approval for Ground Plus One (G+1) projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing site activities, ensuring compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations, supervising construction works, and coordinating with consultants, contractors and authorities. Key Responsibilities * Manage and supervise G+1 construction projects from start to completion. * Ensure all works comply with Dubai Municipality regulations and approved drawings. * Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors and government authorities. * Monitor project progress, quality, safety and budget requirements. * Conduct site inspections and prepare technical reports. * Review and approve construction materials and workmanship. * Handle project documentation, permits and approvals. * Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions on-site. * Ensure timely project completion while maintaining quality standards. Requirements * Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. * Dubai Municipality (DM) Approved Civil Engineer for G+1 projects. * Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience in the UAE. * Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality regulations and construction standards. * Excellent project management and site supervision skills. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and engineering software. * Valid UAE Driving License preferred.
