**ABOUT THE ROLE** We are urgently seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of hands-on construction site experience in the UAE/GCC region and is available to join immediately. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted within 24–48 hours. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Oversee all on-site construction activities and ensure compliance with project drawings and specifications * Supervise subcontractors, laborers, and site personnel to maintain quality workmanship * Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site reports * Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and clients for smooth project execution * Conduct site inspections and quality control checks at every stage of construction * Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations * Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) * Identify and resolve on-site technical issues and conflicts proactively * Track material deliveries and coordinate logistics with the procurement team * Attend site meetings, progress reviews, and handover inspections **REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS** * Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field * Minimum 10 years of site engineering experience in UAE/GCC * Valid UAE engineering license or eligibility for registration (preferred) * Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera P6, and MS Office * Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations and standards * Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills * Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage) * Immediately available or on short notice (max 2 weeks) Work Location: In person
