**Responsibilities:**
* Design, plan, and oversee civil engineering projects.
* Conduct site investigations and analyze data.
* Estimate project costs and manage budgets.
* Ensure construction adheres to design and safety standards.
* Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other professionals.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
* Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
* Proficiency in engineering design software.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
