Civil Engineer

**Civil Engineer – Ajman** **Job Responsibilities:** * Supervise and manage construction activities for commercial and residential projects. * Prepare project estimations, quantity take-offs, and BOQ (Bill of Quantities). * Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and construction documents. * Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution. * Monitor site progress, quality, safety, and compliance with UAE construction standards. * Conduct site inspections and ensure work is completed according to approved drawings and project requirements. * Prepare daily and weekly progress reports. * Manage material planning and site resource allocation. * Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions during project execution. * Ensure timely completion of projects within budget and quality standards. **Job Requirements:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. * Degree must be at least 5 years old. * Must hold a valid UAE Society of Engineers Card. * Minimum UAE construction experience is mandatory. * Experience in both commercial and residential construction projects is required. * Strong knowledge of estimation, BOQ preparation, and quantity surveying. * Ability to read and understand technical drawings and construction plans. * Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, Excel, and engineering estimation software. * Knowledge of Primavera, MS Project, and other construction management software is an advantage. * Familiarity with UAE municipality regulations and approval procedures. * Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory. * Strong communication and site management skills. * Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects. Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month Work Location: In person
