We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented **Civil Engineer with 5+ years of experience** to join our dynamic team. **Position Overview** The Civil Engineer will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing the construction and maintenance of building structures, including load calculations, bar bending schedules, drainage systems, utilities, and site development works. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, project management experience, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. **Authority Approvals & Documentation** * Prepare and submit structural drawings and calculations for Dubai Municipality approvals. * Coordinate with Dubai Municipality, DDA, Trakhees, Civil Defense, and other authorities as required. * Respond to authority comments and revise drawings/calculations until approval is obtained. * Maintain all technical documentation and approval records. **Key Responsibilities** * Design and develop civil engineering plans, drawings, and technical specifications * Perform site investigations and feasibility studies * Prepare cost estimates, reports, and technical documentation * Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources * Coordinate with architects, contractors, surveyors, and government authorities * Ensure compliance with local regulations and Dubai Municipality requirements * Conduct site inspections and resolve construction or design issues * Review and approve contractor submittals and material specifications **Required Qualifications** * Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering * Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in civil engineering projects (UAE experience preferred) * Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred or eligibility to obtain * Strong knowledge of design software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, STAAD, ETABS, or similar) * Experience with project management tools * Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and UAE regulations * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills * Strong communication and teamwork abilities **Preferred Skills** * Experience in construction, fit-out, and villa extension projects * Familiarity with UAE permitting processes * Experience working with multidisciplinary teams **What We Offer** * Competitive salary based on experience * Professional development opportunities * Supportive and collaborative work environment * Career growth opportunities **How to Apply** Interested candidates are encouraged to submit their resume and cover letter via LinkedIn or Indeed. **HighEnd Interior Decoration LLC** is an Equal Opportunity Employer and values diversity in the workplace.
