Civil Engineer (G+1)

A Civil Engineer with a G+1 license will be responsible for overseeing the construction of buildings up to four stories, ensuring they adhere to design specifications, safety regulations, and local authority requirements. This role involves a combination of site supervision, project management, and technical expertise. We are a fitout company & all our Projects are mostly Shell & core. **Key Responsibilities** · **Site Supervision:** Ensuring all civil works, including, concrete, and finishing, are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule. · **Project Management:** Managing subcontractors, coordinating with consultants and authorities, and monitoring project progress to ensure timely and within-budget completion. · **Technical Expertise:** Interpreting drawings, resolving technical issues, and providing solutions to challenges encountered on-site. · **Quality and Safety:** Enforcing strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards, and ensuring the quality of work meets the required standards. · **Material Management:** Overseeing material procurement, site logistics, and equipment needs. · **Documentation:** Preparing and maintaining site reports, progress updates, and necessary documentation for approvals and inspections. · **Coordination:** Liaising with consultants, architects, and local authorities for inspections, approvals, and compliance with regulations. · **Compliance:** Ensuring all work complies with relevant building codes and regulations, including those set by Dubai Municipality. Skills and Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. * Dubai Municipality (DM) G+1 license is a must * Proven experience in building construction, particularly G+1 projects. * Strong understanding of structural and architectural drawings. * Proficiency in project management software and tools. * Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. * Knowledge of relevant building codes and regulations.
