Civil Engineer (Projects Manager) - (ARAB MAN)

**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated **Civil Engineer (Projects Manager)** to oversee and manage construction projects from planning to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for project execution, scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and coordination with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Key Responsibilities: * Plan, organize, and manage civil construction projects from inception to completion. * Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. * Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and government authorities. * Supervise site activities and ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards. * Review engineering drawings, technical documents, and project reports. * Manage project risks and implement corrective actions when required. * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. * Prepare progress reports and present project updates to management. * Negotiate and manage subcontractor and supplier agreements. * Oversee project cost control, variations, and contract administration. * Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives. Requirements: * Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. * Minimum 8–15 years of experience in construction and project management. * Proven experience managing multiple construction projects. * Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and project planning. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and project management software. * Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines. * Valid driving license is preferred. Preferred Qualifications: * PMP Certification or equivalent project management certification. * Experience working in Qatar or GCC countries. * Knowledge of local regulations and construction standards.
