Civil Engineer - Swimming Pool Construction Specialist

Job Summary We are looking for a highly motivated Civil Engineer with a strong background in swimming pool construction to oversee and manage on-site projects. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality. Responsibilities * Supervise all on-site construction activities for swimming pool projects. * Ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and safety regulations. * Coordinate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors. * Monitor project progress, manage schedules, and report on status. * Resolve any on-site technical issues and implement effective solutions. * Conduct quality control inspections and ensure adherence to design plans. * Manage and mentor on-site construction teams. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in swimming pool construction. * Proven experience as an on-site supervisor. * Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations. * Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. * Valid driver's license is an advantage but not mandatory. Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month Work Location: In person
