Civil Foreman

**Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise, coordinate, and monitor daily site activities of civil works, including concrete, blockwork, plastering, formwork, rebar, and finishing. * Ensure all work is carried out according to project drawings, specifications, and quality standards. * Allocate work to site teams and subcontractors, ensuring adequate manpower and materials are available to meet deadlines. * Check levels, lines, and dimensions before and during construction to maintain accuracy. * Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and materials. * Report site progress, manpower, and resource needs to the Site Engineer or Project Manager. * Solve minor site issues and escalate technical or manpower concerns to the management promptly. * Keep records of work progress, daily reports, attendance, and any incidents or delays. * Train and guide site workers to ensure productivity and quality workmanship. **Qualifications & Skills:** * Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering or Construction Technology (preferred). * Minimum **5–8 years of experience** in civil construction, preferably with a contracting company in the UAE or GCC. * Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, materials, and quality standards. * Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications. * Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Familiarity with site safety practices and regulations. * Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines. * With Finishing Experience is a must. Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month Work Location: In person
