A Civil Foreman will be responsible for supervising and coordinating day-to-day site activities, ensuring that construction work is carried out according to approved drawings, project specifications, and safety standards. The role involves managing labor teams, allocating tasks, monitoring progress, and maintaining quality control while meeting project deadlines. The foreman must ensure compliance with local regulations, enforce health and safety practices, coordinate with engineers and site managers, and handle basic site documentation and reporting. Strong leadership, practical construction knowledge, and the ability to manage manpower efficiently are essential for this role.
