**Midmac – Civil Foreman** **Midmac Contracting Company** is one of Qatar’s leading construction companies, delivering major building and infrastructure projects across the country. **About the Role:** We are looking for an experienced and dependable **Civil Foreman** to supervise daily construction activities on-site. In this role, you will lead work teams, coordinate with engineers, and help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to high quality standards. **What You’ll Do?** * Supervise construction workers including masons, carpenters, steel fixers, and laborers * Assign daily tasks and monitor team productivity * Ensure work follows approved drawings, plans, and specifications * Coordinate closely with site engineers and project managers * Monitor work quality and resolve on-site issues promptly * Enforce health, safety, and site regulations * Track material usage and report shortages when needed * Prepare daily site progress reports * Help ensure projects are completed on schedule **What We’re Looking For:** * Previous experience as a Civil Foreman in construction projects * Strong understanding of civil works and construction drawings * Leadership and team coordination skills * Knowledge of site safety and HSE procedures * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines * Organized, practical, and problem-solving mindset Pay: From QAR3,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
