Civil Foreman

IMEP is currently seeking a highly experienced and responsible **Civil Foreman** to join our team. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of construction site procedures, with **proven experience in airport projects** being highly preferred. You will be responsible for supervising daily site activities, ensuring work is executed according to project specifications, safety standards and schedule requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate civil construction activities on site * Ensure compliance with airport construction procedures and safety regulations * Manage workforce and assign daily tasks effectively * Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications * Monitor site progress and report to site engineers/project managers * Ensure quality control of all civil works * Coordinate with subcontractors and other site teams * Maintain safe working conditions at all times **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a Civil Foreman (airport or large infrastructure projects preferred) * Strong knowledge of construction methods and site procedures * Ability to lead and manage site workers efficiently * Good communication and coordination skills * Strong sense of responsibility and leadership * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines * Familiar with safety standards in construction sites **Preferred:** * Experience in airport projects or similar large-scale infrastructure * Ability to read drawings and understand technical instructions Application Question(s): * Are you willing to Join Immediately ?
