CIVIL FOREMAN - BUILDING CONSTRUCTION

**Civil Foreman (Building Projects)** We are looking for an experienced **Civil Foreman** to supervise daily construction activities on building projects. The candidate will manage workers, ensure work is done according to drawings, and maintain safety and quality on site. **Responsibilities** * Supervise construction workers and subcontractors on-site * Monitor daily work progress and ensure tasks are completed on schedule * Ensure work is done according to **approved drawings and project specifications** * Coordinate with **site engineers and project managers** * Maintain **quality standards and safety procedures** on site * Manage materials, tools, and equipment * Report site progress and issues to management **Requirements** * Minimum **3 to 5 years of experience as a Civil Foreman or Site Supervisor** * Experience in **building construction projects (residential, commercial, or high-rise)** * Ability to **read construction drawings** * Strong **leadership and team management skills** * Knowledge of **construction safety procedures** * **UAE experience preferred** * Candidates **currently in the UAE and ready to join immediately preferred** Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month Experience: * Foreman: 4 years (Preferred) Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month Work Location: In person
