Civil Foreman **Location:** Abu Dhabi, UAE **Job Type:** Full-Time **Experience Required:** Minimum 5 Years (UAE Experience Mandatory) Job Summary We are seeking an experienced **Civil Foreman** with a minimum of 5 years of UAE experience to oversee and manage on-site construction activities. The ideal candidate will supervise workers, ensure project timelines are met, and maintain quality and safety standards in accordance with UAE regulations. Key Responsibilities * Supervise daily site operations and workforce activities * Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and project managers * Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications * Monitor project progress and meet scheduled deadlines * Maintain site safety standards and compliance with UAE regulations * Manage materials, tools, and equipment on site * Report daily progress and site issues to management Requirements * Minimum 5 years of experience as a Civil Foreman in the UAE * Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials * Ability to read and interpret drawings and BOQs * Experience in villa, residential, or commercial building projects * Strong leadership and team management skills * Good communication skills * Ability to handle site pressure and meet deadlines Work Location: In person
