Civil Foreman

Candidate Should be available for immediate joining. * A Civil Foreman supervises daily construction activities on high-rise building projects. He manages labor, materials, and equipment to ensure work progresses according to schedule. He coordinates with engineers, subcontractors, and site staff. The foreman ensures all work follows approved drawings and specifications. He supervises concrete, blockwork, plastering, and finishing activities. He monitors quality standards and site productivity. Safety regulations and UAE construction standards must be strictly followed. The foreman conducts toolbox talks and enforces safety procedures. He checks manpower attendance and work performance daily. Material requirements and site issues are reported to management. He assists in planning and scheduling construction activities. He ensures proper housekeeping and organization on site. The role requires strong leadership and communication skills. Experience in high-rise building construction is essential. The Civil Foreman reports to the Site Engineer or Project Manager.
