**Leverage your expertise and join the dynamic team of a leading Saudi contractor focused on high-quality large-scale residential projects in Saudi Arabia.** The **Civil Foreman** is responsible for managing labor teams, ensuring work is executed according to drawings and specifications, maintaining safety standards, and supporting timely project delivery with high-quality workmanship. **Location: Saudi Arabia** **Key Accountabilities** ------------------------ **The position involves:** * Supervise daily civil construction activities on-site for residential projects. * Coordinate and manage laborers, subcontractors, and site workers. * Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules. * Monitor site progress and report daily activities to the Site Engineer/Project Manager. * Ensure proper allocation and utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment. * Inspect work quality and ensure compliance with project standards and regulations. * Follow up on concrete works, block works, plastering, finishing, excavation, and structural activities. * Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site. * Identify and resolve site issues and coordinate with engineering and technical teams. * Maintain site housekeeping and organize work areas efficiently. * Assist in material requests and monitor material consumption on-site. * Conduct toolbox talks and ensure workers follow safety procedures. * Support timely completion of project milestones and handover activities. **Knowledge, Skills, and Experience** ------------------------------------- **We are Looking for:** * Civil Engineering Diploma or any related field. * Minimum 5–10 years of experience in construction projects, preferably residential developments. * Strong knowledge of civil construction methods and site supervision. * Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications. * Experience managing site labor and subcontractors. * Good understanding of safety procedures and quality standards. * Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
