Job Summary: We are looking for a proficient and seasoned site supervisor to oversee and manage daily construction operations on-site. The ideal candidate will be tasked with ensuring that projects are executed safely, punctually, within budget constraints, and in accordance with established quality standards. This position demands exceptional leadership, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to collaborate with diverse teams, including contractors, architects, engineers, and laborers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Update the project manager and other stakeholders on project progress and any major issues. 2. Perform regular site inspections to ensure adherence to local building codes and regulations. 3. Keep precise records of site activities, completed work, and utilized resources. 4. Manage resources such as labor, materials, and equipment to enhance efficiency. 5. Address any on-site issues, delays, or discrepancies promptly and effectively. 6. Oversee the progress and quality of work to guarantee it meets the required standards. 7. Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a secure working environment. 8. Supervise and coordinate the efforts of construction workers, subcontractors, and tradespeople. Qualifications and Skills: - Demonstrated experience as a site supervisor in the construction sector (minimum 3 - 5 years). - Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations. - Ability to read and interpret construction plans and technical drawings. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
