Civil Project Engineer - Construction Industry

**Responsibilities:** **1. Site Execution & Supervision** * Supervise all day-to-day construction activities on site * Ensure work is executed according to **approved drawings, specifications, and method statements** * Monitor ongoing work (civil, finishing, MEP) to ensure proper execution * Provide instructions to foremen and site supervisors **2. Planning & Progress Monitoring** * Plan daily and weekly work activities * Track site progress against the project schedule * Identify delays and suggest corrective actions * Prepare **Daily Progress Reports (DPR)** **3. Material Management** * Inspect and verify materials delivered to site * Raise **Material Requests (MR)** as per project requirements * Ensure correct materials are used as per specifications * Control material usage and minimize wastage **4. Quality Control** * Ensure all work meets **quality standards and project specifications** * Raise **Inspection Requests (IR)** for consultant approvals * Handle snagging and rectification works * Coordinate testing of materials (e.g., concrete tests) **5. Health & Safety (HSE)** * Enforce site safety rules and regulations * Ensure workers use proper **PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)** * Stop unsafe activities and report hazards * Coordinate with safety officers **6. Coordination & Communication** * Coordinate with project managers, consultants, clients, and subcontractors * Align different disciplines (civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC) * Attend site meetings and provide updates Job Type: Full-time Experience: * construction industry: 3 years (Required) License/Certification: * UAE license and car (Required) Work Location: In person
