3D Constraction LLC is hiring for Dubai Civil Planning Engineer – Construction for its Dubai Projects mainly. **Experience :** 10 or more years civil planning projects preferably Dubai, UAE **Job Type:** Full-time **Availability:** Immediate Joining availability in Dubai/ UAE will be considered only **Job Summary** Seasoned Planning Engineers with mandatory Dubai/ UAE Residential Civil Projects planning experience and availability within Dubai urgently required. The ideal candidate must have prior experience of projects management and presentation with sound grip on MS Office, Primavera P6, Trello, Power BI with hands on experience of project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and reporting to ensure successful project delivery within the approved timelines and budgets. The candidates must have extensive experience in UAE civil construction projects related to Project Scheduling in developing, maintaining the updating master project schedules (baseline programs) to manage engineering, resource & cost planning, estimate required materials, equipment and labour allocate resources to optimize productivity, and create cash flow forecasts. Progress monitoring & reporting including tracking daily, weekly progress against the schedule, prepare progress reports (S - curves) and Conduct Variance analysis. Delay Analysis & Mitigation in which the candidates must have experience in identifying schedule risks, analyze bottlenecks, and develop recovery plans or extension of time (EOT) Claims. The candidates should be well vesred in project based communication and have ideal experience in collaborating with site engineers, contractors, project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and management to resolve scheduling issues and align on project milestones. Qualifications Required: * Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management. * Minimum 8 - **12+ years of experience** in the Dubai/UAE construction Planning * Proven experience working on high-rise, residential projects planning * Strong proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, MS Office, Trello * Methodologies: Knowledge of critical path method (CPM) and earned value management (EVM) is also required * CONTRACTS: UNDERSTANDING OF CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTS (E.G; FIDIC, NEC) and delay analysis method Preferred Candidate * Immediate joiner will be welcome for interview with expected prior experience or candidates available on short notice * Experience working with main contractors in Dubai * PMP or Primavera certification is a must.
