CIVIL SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

***CIVIL SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER*** KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Lead and manage complete civil construction projects from planning stage to final handover. * Supervise infrastructure works including roads, drainage, utilities, concrete structures, and site development activities. * Manage **sandwich panel installation works for industrial**, commercial, and modular construction projects. * Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution. * Ensure all activities are carried out in compliance with **ENEC nuclear project** standards, HSE requirements, and quality procedures. * Review project drawings, specifications, method statements, BOQ, and technical documents. * Monitor project schedules, manpower allocation, equipment utilization, and construction progress. * Prepare project execution plans, construction programs, progress reports, and recovery plans when required. * Control project costs, budgets, material procurement, and subcontractor performance. * Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to approved standards. * Ensure compliance with UAE authority regulations, ADNOC/ENEC requirements, and company policies. * Lead project meetings, coordinate technical discussions, and resolve site-related issues effectively. * Monitor and enforce strict health, safety, and environmental standards at site. * Manage risk assessment, permit systems, and project documentation processes. * Support tendering, estimation, variation claims, and project commercial matters when required. * Ensure timely completion of projects within approved budget and contractual obligations. * Mentor engineers, supervisors, and site teams to improve productivity and performance. * Maintain strong coordination with QA/QC and HSE departments to achieve project compliance targets. * Handle client communications professionally and maintain excellent stakeholder relationships. REQUIREMENTS: * **Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.** * **Mandatory Minimum 08–15 years of UAE experience** in civil and infrastructure projects. * Strong experience in sandwich panel systems and industrial construction projects. * Previous exposure to **ENEC nuclear-related projects** or high-security industrial environments is highly preferred. * Knowledge of UAE construction standards, authority approvals, and project procedures. * Excellent leadership, planning, communication, and project management skills. * Proficiency in MS Office, Primavera P6, AutoCAD, and project reporting systems. * Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure to meet deadlines. * **Valid UAE Driving License Mandatory.** Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month Application Question(s): * DO YOU HAVE SANDWICH PANEL & ENEC PROJECT RELATED EXPERIENCE?
