Civil Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities * Supervise daily site activities and construction work. * Ensure all work is carried out as per approved drawings and project specifications. * Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers. * Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports. * Conduct site inspections and quality checks. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. * Manage manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently. * Resolve technical issues at the site. * Verify measurements and prepare material requests. * Attend project meetings and provide updates on site progress. Requirements * Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering. * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in construction/site supervision. * Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards. * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office. * Strong communication and problem-solving skills. * UAE experience will be an added advantage.
