Civil Site Engineer

**Role Objective** We are seeking an energetic and results-driven **Civil Site Engineer** to oversee day-to-day field operations. You will be responsible for converting structural drawings into reality, ensuring that site progress stays on schedule, within budget, and meets all safety and quality benchmarks. **Key Responsibilities** * **Site Execution:** Supervise all civil works, including excavation, shoring, piling, reinforcement, and concrete pouring. * **Resource Management:** Allocate manpower, machinery, and materials efficiently to meet daily and weekly production targets. * **Setting Out & Surveying:** Verify site levels, coordinates, and dimensions against approved shop drawings using surveying instruments. * **Subcontractor Coordination:** Manage various trade subcontractors to ensure their work aligns with the master project schedule. * **Technical Troubleshooting:** Identify and resolve site-specific design clashes or construction hurdles in coordination with the technical office. * **Safety Compliance:** Enforce strict adherence to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards to ensure a zero-accident site. * **Daily Reporting:** Maintain accurate site diaries, progress reports, and labor productivity logs. **Technical Skills & Qualifications** * **Education:** Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. * **Field Knowledge:** Deep understanding of concrete technology, formwork systems (Peri/Doka), and rebar detailing. * **Safety:** Valid OSHA or IOSH certification is a significant advantage. * **Software:** Proficiency in **AutoCAD** (for quick site measurements/adjustments) and **MS Project** (for tracking schedules). * **Leadership:** Proven ability to lead a team of foremen and a large labor force.
