Civil Site Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Civil Site Engineer the following are the details, **Key Responsibilities:** Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, assess quality, and resolve on-site issues. Prepare detailed and competitive project quotations and cost estimates based on site conditions, BOQs, and client requirements. Manage and coordinate the execution of 3–4 projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and budgets are met. Liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery. Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and contract documents. Ensure compliance with project requirements, safety standards, and local regulations. Maintain proper documentation, including daily reports, material requests, and progress records. Provide technical support to site teams and supervisors as needed. Report regularly to the Project Manager or senior management with updates on project performance and challenges. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in site execution and project coordination (UAE experience preferred). Strong knowledge of construction processes and regulations. Ability to follow up daily site activities. Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and best practices. Excellent multitasking and time-management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
