**site Civil Engineer – Saudi Electricity Project** We are seeking a qualified and experienced **Site Civil Engineer** to supervise and coordinate civil construction activities for Saudi electricity infrastructure projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all civil works are executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and client requirements. Key Responsibilities * Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at project sites. * Execute civil works related to substations, power plants, transmission lines, underground cable networks, and utility infrastructure. * Review drawings, specifications, and technical documents before execution. * Monitor site progress and ensure adherence to project schedules. * Coordinate with project managers, electrical engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and client representatives. * Ensure compliance with project quality requirements and approved construction methods. * Conduct site inspections and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. * Manage site resources including labor, equipment, and materials. * Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions during construction. * Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements. * Participate in testing, commissioning, and project handover activities. * Verify quantities and assist with measurement and billing activities. Requirements * Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. * Minimum **3–7 years** of experience in power, utility, substation, transmission, or infrastructure projects. * Experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC countries preferred. * Knowledge of civil construction for electrical substations, cable trenches, foundations, roads, drainage systems, and utility structures. * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD. * Strong communication and coordination skills. * Valid driving license preferred. Preferred Qualifications * Experience working on projects for **Saudi Electricity Company (SEC)** or similar utility companies. * Knowledge of SEC standards and construction requirements. * Familiarity with project management and quality control procedures.
