Civil Site Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented **Civil Site Engineer** to oversee and manage on-site construction activities. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise daily site operations and coordinate construction activities * Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and project plans * Manage subcontractors, labor, and materials on-site * Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies * Conduct site inspections and quality control checks * Liaise with project managers, consultants, and clients * Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions on-site **Qualifications & Experience** * Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering * 1 to 3 years experience in construction/site engineering * UAE experiences preferred * Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations * Proficiency in AutoCAD and other engineering software is an advantage * Excellent problem-solving and communication skills * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines * Should have UAE Driving license Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for a face to face interview.
