Civil Site Engineer- Landscape exp

We are seeking a highly driven and skilled Civil Site Engineer to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising and managing landscaping projects on-site, ensuring timely project execution, efficient resource utilization, and compliance with quality and safety standards. The role requires strong technical knowledge in landscaping construction, irrigation systems, hardscape works, and site coordination. Key Responsibilities * Supervise and manage day-to-day site operations for landscaping projects. * Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. * Coordinate with architects, consultants, designers, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams for smooth project execution. * Oversee landscaping installation works including hardscaping, irrigation systems, drainage systems, landscape lighting, and softscape/green area development. * Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations, engineering standards, and quality control procedures. * Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to verify compliance with approved drawings and project specifications. * Provide technical guidance related to grading, drainage, soil conditions, material selection, and construction methodologies. * Review technical drawings and assess site feasibility and execution requirements. * Troubleshoot and resolve site-related engineering and construction issues efficiently. * Prepare material take-offs, quantity calculations, BOQs, and cost estimates for labor and materials. * Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment to minimize waste and control costs. * Monitor project expenditures and report budget deviations or cost overruns. * Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site. * Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures to maintain a safe working environment. * Prepare daily and weekly progress reports, technical documentation, and project updates for management and clients. * Maintain records of completed work, inspections, permits, material usage, and project modifications. * Coordinate with clients to address concerns and ensure project expectations are achieved. * Support client satisfaction initiatives and assist in resolving client feedback professionally. Requirements * Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. * Proven UAE experience in landscaping and site execution projects. * Strong knowledge of landscaping construction, irrigation systems, drainage works, and hardscape execution. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering specifications. * Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Proficiency in MS Office and engineering software/tools. * Knowledge of UAE construction standards and health & safety regulations. * UAE Driving License is mandatory. * Candidates with own vehicle will be preferred.
