Civil Site Engineer- Landscape exp

We are seeking a highly driven and skilled Civil Site Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising and managing the execution of landscaping projects on-site, ensuring efficient resource utilization, timely project delivery, and compliance with quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities * Supervise and manage day-to-day site operations for landscaping projects, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. * Coordinate with architects, designers, consultants, and other engineering professionals to ensure proper implementation of design concepts. * Oversee installation works including hardscaping, irrigation systems, drainage systems, landscape lighting, and softscaping/green areas. * Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations, construction standards, and quality control procedures. * Supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site labor to ensure work is carried out according to specifications and project schedules. * Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to verify compliance with technical drawings, engineering standards, and project requirements. * Provide technical guidance related to grading, drainage, soil conditions, material selection, and construction methodologies. * Review construction drawings and assess site feasibility and execution requirements. * Troubleshoot and resolve on-site engineering and construction issues efficiently to maintain project progress. * Assist in preparing material take-offs, quantity calculations, and cost estimates for labor and materials. * Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment to minimize waste and control costs. * Maintain records of project expenditures and report any budget deviations or cost overruns. * Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site. * Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures to protect workers, clients, and the environment. * Prepare daily/weekly progress reports, technical documentation, and status updates for management and clients. * Maintain accurate records of completed work, material usage, permits, inspections, and project modifications. * Coordinate with clients, address concerns, and ensure project requirements and expectations are met. * Support client satisfaction initiatives and assist in resolving client feedback effectively. Requirements * Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. * Proven experience in landscaping and site execution projects within the UAE. * Strong knowledge of landscaping construction, irrigation systems, drainage works, and hardscape execution. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. * Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Proficiency in MS Office and engineering software/tools. * Knowledge of UAE health and safety regulations and construction standards. * UAE Driving License is mandatory; candidates with own vehicle will be preferred. Preferred Skills * Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple site activities simultaneously. * Strong coordination and client-handling capabilities.
