Civil Site Engineer- Pool exp

We are seeking a highly driven and skilled Swimming Pool Site Engineer to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising and managing swimming pool construction and maintenance projects on-site, ensuring timely project completion, efficient resource utilization, and compliance with quality and safety standards. The role requires strong technical expertise in swimming pool systems, site execution, and project coordination. Key Responsibilities * Supervise and manage day-to-day site operations for swimming pool construction and maintenance projects. * Coordinate with architects, consultants, designers, MEP teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure proper project execution. * Oversee pool construction activities including excavation, waterproofing, tiling, piping, filtration systems, pump installation, pool lighting, and finishing works. * Monitor installation, testing, and commissioning of swimming pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, chlorination systems, balancing tanks, and automation systems. * Ensure all work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards. * Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with engineering and construction standards. * Provide technical guidance regarding waterproofing, hydraulic systems, circulation systems, drainage, and material selection. * Review construction drawings and assess site feasibility and execution requirements. * Troubleshoot and resolve on-site technical and construction issues efficiently. * Prepare material take-offs, BOQs, quantity calculations, and cost estimates. * Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment usage to control project costs and reduce waste. * Maintain project records including inspections, testing reports, permits, material usage, and progress reports. * Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site. * Conduct risk assessments and implement safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment. * Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and communicate project updates to management and clients. * Coordinate with clients and consultants to address project concerns and ensure client satisfaction. Requirements * Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. * Proven UAE experience in swimming pool construction and site execution projects. * Strong knowledge of swimming pool systems including filtration, circulation, waterproofing, plumbing, finishing, and MEP coordination. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, hydraulic layouts, and engineering specifications. * Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Proficiency in MS Office and engineering software/tools. * Knowledge of UAE construction standards and health & safety regulations. * UAE Driving License is mandatory. * Candidates with own vehicle will be preferred. Preferred Skills * Strong organizational and time-management abilities. * Ability to manage multiple site activities simultaneously under pressure. * Excellent coordination and client-handling skills. * Familiarity with pool automation systems and water treatment processes. * Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality project execution.
