Civil Site Engineer- Pool exp

We are seeking a highly driven and skilled Swimming Pool Site Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising and managing the execution of swimming pool construction and maintenance projects on-site, ensuring efficient resource utilization, timely project delivery, and compliance with quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities * Supervise and manage day-to-day site operations for swimming pool construction and maintenance projects, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. * Coordinate with architects, consultants, designers, MEP teams, and other engineering professionals to ensure accurate implementation of swimming pool designs and technical requirements. * Oversee swimming pool construction activities including excavation, waterproofing, tiling, piping, filtration systems, pump installation, electrical connections, pool lighting, and finishing works. * Monitor installation and testing of pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, chlorination systems, balancing tanks, and automation/control systems. * Ensure all works comply with safety regulations, construction standards, and quality control procedures. * Supervise subcontractors, suppliers, technicians, and site labor to ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules. * Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to verify compliance with engineering standards and project requirements. * Provide technical guidance related to pool structure, waterproofing methods, hydraulic systems, drainage, circulation systems, and material selection. * Review construction drawings and assess site feasibility and execution requirements. * Troubleshoot and resolve on-site technical and construction issues efficiently to maintain project progress. * Assist in preparing material take-offs, quantity calculations, BOQs, and cost estimates for labor and materials. * Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment to minimize waste and control project costs. * Maintain records of project expenditures and report any budget deviations or cost overruns. * Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site. * Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures to protect workers, clients, and surrounding property. * Prepare daily and weekly progress reports, technical documentation, and project status updates for management and clients. * Maintain accurate records of completed work, inspections, testing reports, material usage, permits, and project modifications. * Coordinate with clients, consultants, and suppliers to address concerns and ensure project requirements and expectations are met. * Support client satisfaction initiatives and assist in resolving client feedback effectively. Requirements * Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. * Proven experience in swimming pool construction and site execution projects within the UAE. * Strong knowledge of swimming pool systems including filtration, circulation, waterproofing, plumbing, pool finishing, and MEP coordination. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, hydraulic layouts, and engineering specifications. * Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Proficiency in MS Office and engineering software/tools. * Knowledge of UAE health and safety regulations and construction standards. * UAE Driving License is mandatory; candidates with own vehicle will be preferred. Preferred Skills * Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple site activities simultaneously. * Strong coordination and client-handling capabilities. * Familiarity with pool automation systems and water treatment processes. * Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality project execution. s.
