Civil Structural Foreman

Position Title Civil Structural Foreman Department Operations / Construction Reporting To Project Manager / Site Engineer **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise and manage site workers, subcontractors, and daily construction activities related to civil and structural works. * Execute work as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules. * Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution. * Monitor manpower allocation, productivity, and work progress on site. * Ensure proper use of construction materials, tools, and equipment. * Conduct daily site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with safety regulations. * Read and interpret structural and civil drawings accurately. * Report daily progress, material requirements, and site issues to management. * Ensure housekeeping and safety standards are maintained at all times on site. * Assist in resolving technical and operational issues during project execution. * Monitor concrete works, block works, steel fixing, shuttering, excavation, and finishing activities. * Ensure all works comply with local authority and company standards. * Coordinate material deliveries and ensure availability of required resources on site. * Maintain attendance records and supervise labor discipline. **Qualifications & Experience** * Diploma or Technical Certification in Civil Engineering or related field preferred. * Minimum 5–8 years of experience in civil and structural construction works within a contracting company. * Strong knowledge of construction methods, site supervision, and structural activities. * Experience in commercial, residential, and fit-out projects is an advantage. * Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and BOQs. * Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the UAE construction industry. **Technical Skills** * Site supervision and workforce management * Structural and civil construction knowledge * Drawing interpretation * Material and resource planning * Quality control and inspection * Knowledge of construction safety practices Work Location: In person
