Civil Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and proactive **Civil Supervisor** to oversee construction site activities and ensure projects are executed according to approved plans, specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of **3 years of experience in the UAE or GCC construction sector** and hold a **Diploma in Civil Engineering**. Key Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities. * Monitor work progress and ensure projects are completed on schedule. * Ensure all civil works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. * Manage and supervise site labor, subcontractors, and material usage. * Conduct regular site inspections and identify any construction issues or delays. * Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and project managers to ensure smooth project execution. * Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations at the worksite. * Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records. * Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment. Requirements * Minimum **3+ years of experience as a Civil Supervisor in the UAE or GCC construction industry**. * **Diploma in Civil Engineering** is mandatory. * Strong knowledge of construction methods, site supervision, and quality control procedures. * Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications. * Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Familiarity with UAE construction regulations and safety standards. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple site activities.
