Civil Supervisor

**Job Title :- Civil Supervisor** **Location :-** Dubai **Job Summary:** We are looking for an experienced **Civil Supervisor** to oversee day-to-day site activities and ensure execution of civil works as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. The candidate should have strong experience in **structural and/or finishing works** and the ability to manage site teams effectively. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise all **civil construction activities** on site (concrete, reinforcement, formwork, blockwork, finishing works) * Ensure work is executed as per **approved drawings, method statements, and specifications** * Monitor **site progress**, manpower, and daily activities * Coordinate with **Site Engineers, Project Managers, and subcontractors** * Ensure proper **quality control** and workmanship on site * Conduct **site inspections** and assist in consultant/client inspections * Ensure compliance with **safety regulations and procedures** * Check **levels, alignment, and measurements** before and during execution * Report daily progress, issues, and site updates to management * Coordinate with MEP teams to avoid clashes and delays **Requirements:** * Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred) * Minimum **4-5 years of UAE/GCC experience** as Civil Supervisor * Strong experience in: * Concrete works * Reinforcement & formwork * Finishing works (tiles, plaster, painting, etc.) * Good understanding of **construction drawings** * Experience in **building / villa / high-rise projects** * Ability to manage labour teams and subcontractors * Good communication and coordination skills **Salary :- 4k-8k aed (depending on the experience)+ other benefits as per UAE labour law** **Please share your cv on WhatsApp :- +971585352131** Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
