Civil Supervisor

We are looking for a Civil Supervisor oversees day-to-day on-site construction activities. They manage field personnel, ensure adherence to engineering drawings, and enforce rigorous quality and safety standards. The primary goal is to drive projects to completion on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with local regulations. * **Site Management:** Direct daily construction operations, assign tasks to workers, and coordinate with subcontractors. * **Quality Control:** Inspect workmanship and materials (e.g., rebar, formwork, and concrete) to ensure they meet project specifications and municipality codes. * **Safety & Compliance:** Enforce Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols, including PPE enforcement, toolbox talks, and permit-to-work systems. * **Resource Allocation:** Manage on-site materials, equipment, and labor resources to avoid downtime. * **Reporting:** Maintain daily logs tracking labor counts, site conditions, equipment usage, and progress to update Project Managers. * **Issue Resolution:** Flag design discrepancies, material shortages, or delays, and work with Site Engineers to resolve Requests for Information (RFIs). Key Requirements * **Education:** Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant construction discipline. * **Experience:** Typically 3 to 10+ years of on-site supervisory experience, depending on project scale. * **Technical Skills:** Ability to interpret construction blueprints, method statements, and structural drawings. * **Soft Skills:** Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and communication skills Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month Experience: * Civil Supervisor: 3 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
