Claim & Planning Engineer

* Prepare and update project schedules using planning software such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project * Monitor project progress and compare actual accomplishments against planned schedules * Prepare baseline programs, recovery plans, and look-ahead schedules * Conduct delay analysis and identify critical project activities affecting completion dates * Prepare Extension of Time (EOT) claims and supporting documentation * Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, subcontractors, and clients regarding project progress and planning matters * Generate weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and schedule updates * Analyze manpower, material, and equipment requirements to support project execution * Review contract requirements related to project timelines and claims * Assist in risk assessment and mitigation planning to minimize project delays * Support cost control and project management teams with planning and claim-related data * Maintain proper documentation for project records, claims, and schedule revisions * Participate in project meetings and provide planning recommendations to improve project performance * Ensure project activities comply with approved schedules, contract conditions, and company standards **Qualifications of a Claim & Planning Engineer** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related engineering field * Proven experience in project planning, scheduling, and claims management within construction or engineering projects * Proficient in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project * Strong knowledge of project scheduling, delay analysis, and Extension of Time (EOT) claim preparation * Familiarity with construction contracts, project coordination, and planning procedures * Ability to prepare progress reports, recovery programs, and project tracking documents * Good understanding of critical path method (CPM) and resource planning ***Candidates currently in UAE and ready to join immediately are preferred.*** ***Kindly email your CV with a Position in the subject line including your salary expectation to: [email protected]*** Work Location: In person
