Clinic Manager - New Aesthetic Clinic

We are seeking for an experienced Clinic Manager for our new Aesthetic clinic. You will oversee daily operations, drive business growth, improve patient experience, and build strong operational systems. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in: * Managing and growing aesthetic or cosmetic clinics * Develop, implement, and maintain company SOPs for all clinic functions * Handling new client acquisition and conversion * Implementing staff KPIs and performance tracking * Leading marketing and lead generation initiatives * Generate new leads through marketing campaigns, partnerships, and promotions Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or related field preferred * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in aesthetic, cosmetic, dermatology, wellness, or beauty clinic management * Proven experience in managing clinic operations and staff performance * Strong background in lead generation, sales conversion, and client retention * Experience creating and implementing SOPs and staff KPI systems Pay: Up to AED20,000.00 per month Application Question(s): * You have experience in Aesthetic Clinic?
