**Job Purpose**
The Commercial Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth, profitability, and market share for the dairy and sauces product lines. This role oversees sales strategy, pricing, distribution, key accounts, and market expansion while ensuring alignment with production capabilities and company objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**
**1. Sales & Revenue Management**
* Develop and execute commercial strategies to achieve sales targets and business growth.
* Monitor sales performance across dairy and sauces categories and implement corrective actions where necessary.
* Identify new market opportunities, channels, and customer segments.
**2. Key Account Management**
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and retail partners.
* Negotiate contracts, pricing, and trade terms to maximize profitability.
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
**3. Pricing & Profitability**
* Develop pricing strategies based on market trends, cost structures, and competitor analysis.
* Monitor margins and ensure profitability targets are met.
* Collaborate with finance and production teams to optimize cost efficiency.
**4. Market & Competitor Analysis**
* Conduct regular market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
* Provide insights to support product development and innovation in dairy and sauces categories.
**5. Distribution & Channel Development**
* Expand and manage distribution networks across retail, wholesale, and food service channels.
* Ensure effective product availability and visibility in the market.
**6. Cross-Functional Coordination**
* Work closely with production, supply chain, and quality teams to ensure demand planning and product availability.
* Align commercial plans with manufacturing capacity and inventory levels.
**7. Team Leadership**
* Lead, mentor, and develop the sales and commercial team.
* Set KPIs, monitor performance, and drive a high-performance culture.
**8. Budgeting & Forecasting**
* Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and financial projections.
* Track performance against budgets and implement improvements.
**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**
* Sales revenue growth
* Gross margin and profitability
* Market share expansion
* Customer acquisition and retention rates
* Forecast accuracy
* Distribution coverage
**Qualifications & Experience**
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
* 7–12 years of experience in commercial or sales roles within FMCG, preferably dairy or food manufacturing.
* Proven track record in sales growth and key account management.

* Knowledge of FMCG market dynamics, especially dairy and sauces
* Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems and Microsoft Office
**Working Conditions**
* Office-based with frequent market visits and client meetings.
* May require travel within the region.
**Additional Notes**
* Experience in perishable goods (especially dairy) and short shelf-life product management is highly desirable.
* Understanding of food safety regulations and quality standards is an advantage.
Pay: AED1.00 per hour
