We Are Hiring | Commercial Operation Manager📍 Location: Baghdad, IraqWe are looking for an experienced and strategic Commercial Operation Manager to join our team in the pharmaceutical industry.📌 Job PurposeLead the Demand Planning and Commercial Operations Planning processes by developing accurate finished products forecasts, coordinating cross-functional planning activities, and ensuring alignment between commercial demand and operational capabilities to support business objectives and product availability.🔹 Key Responsibilities• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical sales data, market trends, and business intelligence.• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to validate demand assumptions and planning inputs.• Analyze forecast variances and implement corrective actions to improve forecast accuracy.• Monitor demand patterns, seasonality, product launches, and promotional impacts.🔹 Commercial Process Management• Lead and coordinate the monthly Sales & Operation (S&OP) cycle and meetings.• Align demand plans with operational and manufacturing capabilities.• Prepare executive S&OP presentations, planning scenarios, and business reviews.🔹 Forecasting & Data Analysis• Perform statistical forecasting and trend analysis.• Maintain forecasting models and planning parameters within ERP/APS systems.• Generate reports, dashboards, and KPIs related to demand planning and forecasting.• Identify risks and opportunities affecting demand plans.🔹 Cross-Functional CoordinationWork closely with:• Sales• Marketing• Production Planning• Procurement• Finance🔹 Inventory & Service Level Support• Support inventory optimization through accurate forecasting.• Minimize stock-outs, excess inventory, and expiry risks.• Contribute to achieving target service levels and ensuring product availability.🎓 Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.• Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.📩 To apply, please send your CV to: [email protected]
