We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and driven **Construction Coordinator** to support our expanding portfolio of projects. **Role Overview** As a Construction Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless execution of construction activities. You will collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to keep projects on track, within scope, and aligned with quality standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate daily construction operations and site activities * Liaise with project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure effective communication * Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables * Assist in preparing project schedules, reports, and documentation * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards * Manage procurement coordination and material delivery schedules * Support problem-solving on-site and escalate issues when necessary * Maintain accurate records of project updates and correspondence **Qualifications & Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field * Minimum 2+ years of experience in construction coordination or project support * Strong understanding of construction processes and site operations * Excellent organizational and multitasking skills * Effective communication and team collaboration abilities * Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools * Knowledge of local construction regulations in Qatar is an advantage **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work on high-impact construction projects * Collaborative and professional work environment * Career growth and development opportunities **How to Apply** If you are passionate about construction and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we invite you to apply by submitting your updated CV and a brief cover letter.
