Construction Coordinator

**Construction Coordinator – Mears Construction LLC (Doha, Qatar)** **Position Overview** Mears Construction LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **Construction Coordinator** to support and oversee day-to-day construction operations in Doha. The role is responsible for ensuring projects run smoothly by coordinating site activities, managing documentation, liaising between stakeholders, and supporting project delivery on time, within scope, and according to safety and quality standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate and monitor daily construction site activities to ensure alignment with project schedules and plans * Serve as the communication link between project managers, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams * Assist in preparing, maintaining, and updating project documentation, including work schedules, RFIs, submittals, and progress reports * Track material deliveries, site logistics, and equipment allocation to ensure uninterrupted workflow * Support compliance with local regulations, company policies, and safety standards on-site * Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and identify potential delays or issues * Assist in resolving on-site coordination problems quickly and efficiently * Participate in project meetings and document minutes, action items, and follow-ups * Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure adherence to contractual obligations * Help maintain quality control standards throughout all stages of construction **Qualifications & Skills** * Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field * 2–5 years of experience in construction coordination or site supervision (GCC experience preferred) * Strong understanding of construction processes, drawings, and project workflows * Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera is a plus) * Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment * Knowledge of local construction regulations in Qatar is an advantage **Personal Attributes** * Proactive and solution-oriented mindset * Strong attention to detail * Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams * High level of accountability and reliability **Work Location** Doha, Qatar الراتب المدفوع: QAR٠٫٠٠ لكل عام موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
