Construction Manager

**SAUDI NATIONALITY** Job Summary: The Construction Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing all construction activities for high-rise (tower) projects, ensuring execution is aligned with project timelines, budget, quality standards, and safety requirements. The role requires strong coordination across structural, façade, MEP, and finishing works to ensure successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities: * Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities for tower projects. * Lead site teams including engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors. * Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project plans. * Plan and monitor construction schedules, ensuring timely achievement of milestones. * Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and planning teams for resource availability. * Oversee sequencing of works including structural, façade, MEP, and finishing activities. * Ensure compliance with quality standards and HSE regulations. * Monitor project progress, costs, and site productivity. * Conduct regular site meetings and provide progress reports to management. * Identify and resolve site issues, risks, and delays. * Manage subcontractors’ performance and ensure adherence to contractual requirements. * Review method statements, shop drawings, and technical submissions. * Support in managing variations, claims, and commercial aspects of the project. * Maintain strong communication with clients, consultants, and stakeholders. Qualifications & Skills: * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering * Minimum 15 years of experience in construction, with strong experience in Hotel projects. * Proven ability to manage large-scale tower construction. * Strong knowledge of high end finishing works and façade, MEP coordination. * Excellent leadership and team management skills. * Strong planning, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. * Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools (Primavera, MS Project). Work Environment: * Office and site-based role across tower project locations. * Continuous coordination with multidisciplinary teams. * Fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with high responsibility.
