Construction Manager – Construction Project Site (UAE)

**Location:** UAE **Job Type:** Full-Time **Experience Required:** Minimum 10 Years UAE Experience We are seeking an experienced and highly capable **Construction Manager** to oversee and manage large-scale construction projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and proven experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and cost control. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage and oversee multiple construction projects from planning to completion. * Supervise site operations and ensure work progress is aligned with project schedules and specifications. * Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, engineers, and clients to ensure smooth execution of projects. * Monitor project budgets, timelines, quality standards, and health & safety compliance. * Resolve project-related issues and ensure efficient resource allocation. * Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings. * Ensure compliance with UAE construction regulations, company standards, and contractual requirements. * Review project reports, technical drawings, and construction documentation. * Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals effectively. **Requirements:** * **Minimum 10 years of construction experience in the UAE is mandatory.** * Proven experience as a **Construction Manager** handling **large-scale building and infrastructure projects**. * Must have experience managing **multiple projects simultaneously**. * Strong knowledge of UAE construction practices, authority requirements, and project management. * Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Bachelor’s Degree in **Civil Engineering** or related field. * UAE Driving License is preferred. * Immediate joiners will be an advantage. Pay: AED18,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
