CONSTRUCTION MANAGER (Dubai Exp Only)

Job Description: CCECC Dubai is looking for an experienced **Construction Manager – Structures** to oversee structural works for a major RTA infrastructure project. The role involves managing the complete execution of bridges, underpasses, retaining walls, culverts, foundations, PCC/RCC works, and other related structures while ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety requirements, and RTA standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead and supervise all site activities related to structural works (bridges, viaducts, underpasses, foundations, abutments, piers, retaining walls, culverts). * Plan, schedule, and coordinate construction activities in line with project timelines. * Review IFC drawings, shop drawings, method statements, and ensure compliance with RTA, consultant, and authority requirements. * Manage site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and labour teams to ensure smooth execution. * Monitor reinforcement, formwork, concreting, post-tensioning works, shuttering, and installation of structural elements. * Ensure quality control, safety practices, and adherence to project specifications. * Coordinate with consultants and internal teams for inspections, approvals, and technical clarifications. * Identify risks, delays, interface issues and propose solutions to maintain progress. * Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and highlight resource requirements. * Ensure proper documentation, inspection requests, NCR closures, and QA/QC compliance. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. * **10–15 years** of experience in structural construction for large infrastructure projects. * Prior experience in **UAE/RTA projects** is strongly preferred. * Hands-on experience with bridge structures, underpasses, reinforced concrete works, post-tension systems, and heavy civil structures. * Strong understanding of project standards, shop drawings, sequencing, and interface management. * Ability to manage site teams, subcontractors, and multiple work fronts. * Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. **Benefits** * Competitive salary and project allowance * Company-provided visa and medical insurance * Opportunity to work on major RTA infrastructure projects ✔ If you are interested, kindly share your updated CV to: [email protected] Note: **Only candidates with DUBAI RTA relevant construction / infrastructure experience will be considered.** **Location: CHINA CIVIL ENGINEERING CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION MIDDLE EAST** Level 3, Office No. 354, European Business Centre, Dubai Investment Park 1, Dubai, United Arab Emirates Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED22,000.00 per month Application Question(s): * What is your current salary + benefits if any ? * Please share your contact number * What is your Notice Period ? * Do you have Dubai RTA experience ?
