You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, within budget, and according to quality and schedule requirements while supporting sustainable infrastructure development across the region. **Your Key Responsibilities** ============================= * Plan, coordinate, and oversee all construction activities including scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and resource allocation. * Lead and supervise construction teams, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure effective project execution. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations, construction standards, quality requirements, and applicable building codes. * Review engineering drawings, technical specifications, and construction documentation while coordinating with engineering and design teams to resolve site-related issues. * Conduct site inspections, progress evaluations, and quality assessments to monitor project milestones and mitigate construction risks. * Maintain effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities by providing regular project updates and resolving construction-related concerns. * Manage project budgets, cost controls, financial forecasts, and reporting activities to ensure efficient project delivery and resource utilization. **We Would Love to Hear from People With** ========================================== **Your Qualifications** ----------------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. * Master’s degree or relevant professional certifications are preferred. * Minimum 13 years of experience in construction management within the civil engineering or infrastructure sector. * Extensive experience in managing complex infrastructure and civil engineering projects from initiation to completion. * Strong technical knowledge of construction methodologies, safety regulations, quality standards, and building codes related to civil engineering projects. * Experience working with leading consulting companies and multidisciplinary project teams. * Practical expertise in infrastructure projects including bridges, tunnels, roads, stormwater drainage channels, and city development programs. * Experience in reviewing executive structural designs and supervising their implementation on-site. * Experience in reviewing and approving updated construction and design modifications based on site requirements and project execution needs. * Proficiency in construction management software, project management tools, and MS Office applications. * Professional proficiency in English is required; Arabic language skills are preferred. **Who You Are** =============== **Your Soft Skills** -------------------- * You are a strong leader with the ability to manage multidisciplinary construction teams effectively. * You have excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. * You are highly organized and capable of managing multiple construction activities simultaneously. * You have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. * You are committed to maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and operational excellence. * You can perform effectively under pressure and within
