Construction Manager/ Operation manager / Senor Project Manager

**Job Title: Operations Manager cum Senior Project Manager** **Location:** Dubai **Employment Type:** Full-time **About the Role** We are looking for an experienced **Operations Manager cum Senior Project Manager** with a strong background in construction to lead and oversee both operational activities and large-scale construction projects. This role requires hands-on leadership, deep industry knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple sites, teams, and timelines while ensuring quality, safety, and cost control. **Key Responsibilities** **Operations Management:** * Oversee day-to-day construction operations across multiple projects/sites * Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity * Manage resource allocation including manpower, equipment, and materials * Establish and enforce standard operating procedures and best practices * Monitor financial performance, budgets, and cost controls across projects * Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and vendor relationships * Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements **Project Management:** * Lead full lifecycle of construction projects from planning to handover * Review project plans, drawings, specifications, and schedules * Develop detailed project timelines, milestones, and deliverables * Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and clients * Monitor site progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets * Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies * Conduct site inspections and resolve technical or operational issues * Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field * 8–12 years of experience in construction project management and operations * Proven experience managing Villa / Fit Out construction projects * Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations * Experience in budgeting, cost control, and contract management * Proficiency in tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar * Strong leadership and team management skills **Preferred Qualifications** * PMP or equivalent project management certification * Experience working in the Middle East construction sector * Knowledge of health & safety standards and compliance frameworks **Key Skills** * Project planning and execution * Construction site management * Cost estimation and budgeting * Contract and vendor management * Risk assessment and problem-solving * Leadership and stakeholder communication Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
